Is Alambique, Gigaquit the place of origin of Las-ay?

The word Alambique comes from the word Alembic which means . . .
1. a vessel with a beaked cap or head, formerly used in distilling.
2. anything that transforms, purifies, or refines.
Origin: 1350–1400; ME, var. of alambic < ML alambicus < dial. Ar al the anbīq still < Gk ámbix cup

From the above information, we can deduce that the word Alambique is related to wine making . . . which led to the question . . . is it in Barangay Alambique, Gigaquit where our Las-ay wine originated?
